The final product was not my favorite.  Chris seemed to like them well enough, but they were not as fluffy as I would have liked. Flavor: Good. Frosting: Failure. Pictured is the cupcake with canned frosting – which i decided I really don’t like. All in all, there will be cupcakes. I’m just not confident these are the ones!

    Hey Noelle – thanks for sharing your blow-by-blow with the cupcakes! It was fun reading – and even more fun since it was YOU doing the work and not me!!! I’ll look forward to sampling whatever cupcake makes the final cut!!!

    Both Denny and I are looking forward to your wedding – we’ll for sure be there to help you celebrate! I hope everything goes smoothly from here on out but, like you say, you’ll be married one way or the other so it’s a win-win!!
