It’s been quite a while since we last posted, so let me fill you in a bit on what’s been happening with us lately.

I accepted a job and am the new Communications Director and Contemporary Worship Leader at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Rochester, MN. It’s hard to believe that it has been a month already! They have been incredibly gracious in welcoming both Noelle and I into the community and I’m very excited to be a part of the work that this congregation is doing.

Noelle has also found a job working at Kitchen Collection – a kitchen store at the mall here in Rochester. Unfortunately, it’s not quite the music job she was hoping for but she has been enjoying it. She’s also working on her Kindermusik certification and finding students for harp, piano, and organ.

The jobs are great, and the city is big enough for us to have things to do.  And the best part is we’re not too far away from friends, and even closer to some.

I’m really excited to see all of the RSVP’s starting to come in, and we’re both getting very excited for the wedding! Planning is going well, and it seems like almost every day we’re getting a huge amount of stuff done as we move closer. Getting the invites out was a much bigger task than I anticipated, but what a relief when they were done!
